Our Responsibilities on the Big Day

Before It Even Starts
- Ensure all members of bridal party are present and are getting ready as scheduled
- Assistance as needed throughout hair and makeup
- Ensuring transportation has arrived for all members of traveling bridal party to church/venue
- Coordinating the delivery and setup of goods & services from contracted vendors
- Walk-through of venue with couple to confirm satisfaction prior to reception start
Ceremony
- Coordination & distribution of wedding programs, bubbles, etc, to guests
- Gathering and coordination of bridal party and groomsmen, including relevant family
- boutonnieres/bouquets
- Addressing any last-minute dress or tuxedo issues
- Specific items such as the guest book, pictures, flowers, runner etc.
- Communicating as a liaison between officiant and music to ensure proper timing of events & ceremony initiation
